Vaewolves, sometimes incorrectly called Werepyres, are a particularly powerful species of monsters.
Eve made them as the first hybrids among her children, and they hold the traits and powers of Vampires and Werewolves while the weaknesses of both species are lessened in them.
Characteristics[]
Vaewolves are a hybrid species between Vampires and Werewolves, and as such hold some similar behavior to both species.
Like Werewolves they typically feed on prey that lives near where they do and always eat the heart. Vaewolves are also able to have children that hold their abilities.
Like Vampires they can also feed on the live blood of their victims for sustenance and to heal from injures. Vaewolves also typically mate for life with one person.
As a hybrid species a typical Vaewolf is stronger than a typical Werewolf or Vampire, however their Alpha is only equal to the other two species Alphas.
Appearance[]
A Vaewolves true appearance is that of a pale skinned human with blue eyes (red for their Alpha), long claws coming out of their fingers, and vampiric teeth with elongated canines.
The older Vaewolves can also release bat-like wings from their shoulder blades that allow flight, however unlike dragons they cannot fly for long.
